also having problems with my husband. I am worried that all the stress will be a problem for the baby. Is this true? Has anyone else out there been in a really stressful pregnancy and had everything else come out okay? Any advice to ease my stress would really help. I don’t want the stress to cause a miscarriage or any problems with my baby. Please give me any HELPFUL information please. I am very worried. The problems with husband only increase my anxiety and stress levels even more.

Stress is no good for the baby, and you know this.
Find someone to talk to about the situation with your husband.
Deep breathing has good results, but for me, gardening relieves all stress.

The only thing I can say is to hang in there. My cousin was Pregnant wit twins and had them at 6 months. It was a girl and a boy. They died right after they were born. She got pregnant again and had a miscarriage again. The only thing you can do is hang in and keep your head high. Keep going and you will be fine.

Definitely try to talk it out with the Hubby, stress isn’t good for you or the baby. Keeping things bottles up is definitely NOT the way to go…so talking always helps!!
Unfortunately there is no black and white answer. Stress isn’t good, but that said, during a pregnancy…it isn’t avoidable! We all feel and deal with stress everyday! A miscarriage is usually caused by either a chromosomal abnormality or trauma to the pelvic area.
Stress can cause baby to be small or have other health problems though.
Good Luck!!

‘Peacebuffalo’ is right, stress is bad for the baby. Being stressed out about a possible miscarriage probably isn’t helping either, so maybe going to a doctor to have a check-up done wouldn’t be to bad either, that way, it might help to put your mind at ease a little.
Other than that, i don’t have a lot to recommend, other than getting into something you enjoy. It may or may not work, doing something like meeting up with other people who like to do the same things you do.
Or meditation. Lol. I hear that works.
