    Essential oils are the best, but they cannot be purchased at Walmart generally. Lavendar oil is very calming. There is also Bach Remedy, it can be purchased at a health food store, and can be taken before the anxiety starts or during to reduce symptoms. Generally chemical vitamins and supplements are not always the best. The body cannot digest them properly, so little is absorbed. The effects are limited.

    Try lemon balm tea or chamomile tea. Plus I would take B complex vitamins as these are the anti-stress vitamins and a magnesium/calcium combination tablet as magnesium is known as the anti-stress mineral. Ma/Ca are better taken together.

    the best natural supplement in my book can not be bought in the store . It is all about how physical you are. to me from my personal experience *** is the best stress buster in the world ,beleive it or not it really is .

    Walk briskly to Walmart, turn around and walk home. Listen to music and walk in the sun.

    Kava Kava and Valerian root are both very effective for anxiety.
