Hi im 13 and i have so much in my head that im thinking about and im really stressed out i take medicine for my anxiety and nervousness but i have so much crap in my head from looks, to girls i like but my minds getting overloaded please help.

acknowledge the stress first. then, find ways to ease it. have your parents help.

i posted this as an answer to someone else, but i think it totally applies for you too.
meditation. you can try “om” or also ‘nam myoho renge kyo’. i think the vibration of words helps, when you repeat them over.
just focus exactly on something you want, or focus on how you want to feel.
you aren’t wasting any time doing this, so just make yourself situated and go somewhere private if you can. sit comfortably and meditate and vocally chant something, slowly, or as comfortably as you want (try what i suggested above). don’t think of time as a factor, just focus on what you want, and try to think of how you want to feel emotionally.
just don’t lose sight of how you really want to feel; but don’t feel let down by your inability to grasp it if you ever do feel that way.

start getting involved in a gym or some kinda recreation. Go to the ymca and swim and meet some nice people there, when you get like you are overloaing start getting your mind to think blank and does some deep breathing. I think being thirteen is normal just find things to occupy your time and keep busy.
