My husband yells constantly. Is there a way to make all the anxiety & stress work FOR me to cause weight loss?

I was pissed when I read that living in a constant state of stress can make you GAIN weight. Surely there must be a way to harness the power of all of this stomach-churning frustration for good.

    We suffer stress one way or another, caused by many factors, the key is to learn how to manage yr stress and anxiety. You can read and download this free ebook on coping with stress. Still it doesnt change the fact that your husband’s yellling has got to stop, its not a healthy way to lose weight nor is it healthy environment to live in.     My answer is probably something you don’t want to hear yet. But if you want to loose the weight, you need to loose the stress. And seeming your biggest stress factor is you abusive husband. Then that is what you need to leave.

    PS I can reassure you when you leave him the pounds/kg will drop of instantly.

    I can imagine that your husband’s yelling would cause lots of stress and anxiety and although your post is focused more on weight loss, it seems that you might be in an abusive relationship.

    You can eat a LOT, yet still lose weight, and have a LITTLE of your favorites every day, to prevent cravings, by consuming mostly low energy foods, such as cucumber, tomato, capsicum/bell peppers, celery, onion slices pickled in vinegar, grated carrot, cabbage, spinach, asparagus, watercress, alfalfa, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, capers, a few olives, etc., with some lean protein, to delay the emptying of your stomach. Have a large glass of water 20 mns before eating. If you don’t drink enough water, you won’t lose weight as quickly! One of the tips I got through is to stir half a teaspoonful of hot paprika, or chilli powder, into a glass of water, and drink it just before eating, and you will eat less, as a result.
