Anything with potassium in it will help reduce the effects of Anxiety/Stress.
So, a banana has extremely high potassium, so eat a couple of those and you should be feeling better in no time!
Best of luck!

Basically, it’s important to keep a healthy, nutritious diet. The right diet will give your body the nutrients and energy it needs to fight off stress.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, sugary foods.
Drink water and healthy juices instead of soda. Drink Chamomile tea.
It’s good to eat a lot of protein (nuts, yogurt, beans, fish, chicken, tofu and lentils) because it keeps sugar levels stable.
Also, eat foods with omega-3 (such as flax seeds, dried ground cloves, walnuts, Salmon, Halibut, Cod, cauliflower, cabbage, dried ground oregano, mustard seeds, brussel sprouts, cooked soybeans).
Eat vegetables, especially the green ones.
