I used to drink coffee but I am suffering a lot from anxiety and I want to switch to tea or some natural herbs.

I really need to regain my confidence and get rid of this anxiety and stress that is probably gonna start having a big effect on my good health if I continue like this.

    You can try valerian root capsules and Kava Kava. Both are supposed to provide relief from stress and anxiety and cause more restful sleep.

    A good tea is Sleepytime, made by Celestial Seasonings. It’s great for bedtime, but you can also have it in the daytime if you are having anxiety symptoms.

    Basil tea is a soother. You could also try some aromatherapy oils - not to drink, of course.

    try to have tea instead of coffee… and also try to have some exercise, go to yoga classess… its better than drinking anti-stress remedies… you’ll also look fit and **** inside and out… =)

    to relieve stress, try to think about positive things, remember beautiful events you experienced.
    you can try auto-hypnosis, too, it can be very effective
    relaxing music, can help
    try use anti-stress plants and herbs, it’s a natural way to cure stress
