Anxiety can lead to all different kinds of problems. It’s no joke, so please go see your Doctor & tell him/her everything that you feel. I had bad anxiety on vacation in Hawaii last week & it was not fun at all. (had to go to Urgent Care there). Good luck.~

First, you should go to your DR.and have it checked.Stress and anxiety and depression can and does cause pain, all over the body.I also have anxiety and stress and there’s not a day that goes by that I am painfree. But see Dr.to be sure that’s the cause. My.best to you.

Sounds like the pains you are having on the left side under your rib cage is part of your GERD. Asthma is often found concurrently with GERD. It would make you feel short of breath & possibly wheeze.
An anxiety attack can cause physical pain & can cause you to breathe more quickly & shallowly than normal, making you feel like you are having you trouble breathing. You ought to speak to your medicating MD. However, you ought to get several things checked out before you chalk it up to anxiety & depression.
You need to get your heart checked 1st; be evaluated for asthma, telling MD you have GERD, & possibly see a rheumatologist.
