What can you recommend to help relieve anxiety and stress?

I don’t want to take a presciption medication, so I’m looking for things that have worked to help relax and calm stress. My mind is always racing, and I think I’m getting it in check and calming myself down (and seeing a doctor), but I don’t feel the need to take a pill…yet. I need to exhaust all my possibilities first. What relaxation and stress relievers work for you?

There are many websites that have useful information about the best teas for stress and anxiety, chamomile is a popular tea that is quite calming.
