Ways to deal with anxiety, stress, and low self esteem caused by bullying?
October 5th, 2009 | by Michael |That One Cartoonist asked:
Does anyone have any ways that I could deal with my problems from long term bullying? It’s really started to take a toll on my daily life recently. (I’ve been bullied for about a decade now, but I usually repress it. Clearly that’s not helping. I sometimes numb myself to get through the day, more recently than ever, but I don’t want to do that.

Hit back in the form that you’re hit or/and realise how lucky you are that you get to see the real side of the bully or bullies.
But do not repress it otherwise your life is wasted. Stand up, you’re beautiful. You are all there is.
