well since I am like that too I would say go and get a massage. I am going to school for massage therapy and the type reason ppl come to us is that they are stressed out. A massage can reduce a lot of someones stress if you get someone that knows what they are doing.

take a really slow, deep breath, and close your eyes. think. then look at the situation rationally. remember emotions can’t actually DO anything, they just make you feel bad. if you can deal with that, you’re totally fine. it’s a matter of control. exercise helps too.

Sounds like you need to see a Dr. They can prescribe medication that will allow you to calm yourself.

I would be a complete nutter without music.
I always listen to music and it has done wonders on my nerves. It calms me down and keeps me sane.

stay away from things, that bother me, causing you, stress like , crazy family getogethers, inlaws, jobs, traffic, crowded stores, find ways to be at peace with yourself, things that relax you.
